"Drop by Drop"
 
As with many of my original works, this one is titled with a euphemism or a "saying" as we prefer in the South.
 
"Drop by drop" is an expression that means something happening gradually, in very small amounts.
 
This painting is a throwback to some of my earlier watery works, which I often receive requests to make! Over time my style of work has grown and evolved....drop by drop of paint, texture and time.
If you feel like me---- you've evolved over time---you have grown in your life, career, as a parent----drop by drop is perfect for you. It represents the beautiful changes of life.  Sometimes those changes are subtle like this painting, with a few bold strokes for good measure.
 
This painting would look extra special framed in a gold floating frame. I have images of it both framed and unframed to help you decide.
